Privacy policy

Scope

This policy describes the information processed when you use AI Humanize Text. It covers the writing tool and the account, payment, and support services connected to it.

Information we process

• Account information: the name, email address, and authentication details needed to operate your account.
• Writing content: the text you submit, selected settings, protected wording, generated output, and review information needed to process a rewrite.
• Usage and security records: task identifiers, input-word usage, status, timestamps, account identifiers, and relevant request information used for billing, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
• Payments: order and subscription records. Payment providers process payment credentials; do not send full card details to support.
• Support: the information and attachments you choose to include in a ticket.

How your text is processed

The current editing configuration requests Anthropic Claude through a third-party relay at sub2api.xiaomiaoyuepu.com, selected by the site operator. Submitted text, protected wording, relevant instructions, and generated responses pass through that relay so the service can rewrite and check your draft. The relay is separate from Anthropic. We have not independently verified its actual upstream routing, logging, retention period, or deletion practices.

The operator can also enable a fallback order for the same Claude model: the Anthropic API directly, then the relay above, then OpenRouter. If one route is rejected, rate-limited, overloaded or slow, the same request content is sent to the next route, so a single draft may reach more than one of these services. OpenRouter forwards requests to an upstream model provider under its own terms.

We do not claim zero retention at the relay or its upstream providers. Anthropic’s direct-service data terms do not, by themselves, establish how this third-party route handles your information. The application’s 24-hour text expiry below does not delete copies that a relay or upstream provider may retain.

OpenAI remains an alternative that the operator can select. When that alternative is used, submitted text and instructions are sent to the OpenAI API for the same editing workflow. The application requests that Responses objects not be stored; this is not a zero-retention guarantee. Separate provider security processing may apply under OpenAI’s API data policy.

Do not submit passwords, credentials, regulated records, or confidential material unless you are entitled to share it and have assessed whether this processing is suitable. Protected wording is an editing feature, not encryption or anonymization.

Retention and deletion

Submitted drafts, generated text, and content-bearing review data are available for up to 24 hours, after which the service expires access and removes them through its cleanup process. This is not a permanent writing history. Copy or download the version you need. Content you leave in an open browser tab may remain there until you clear it or close the tab.

Usage, credit, payment, and security metadata can remain after text expires so that charges, refunds, account security, and support requests can be reconciled. Copies you include in a support ticket become part of the support record and do not follow the rewrite’s 24-hour expiry. Provider retention is governed separately by its policy.

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion through support. We may verify ownership and retain information required for payment, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Cookies and service providers

Authentication and preference storage help keep you signed in and remember interface settings. If analytics or customer-support integrations are enabled, those providers may process relevant usage or contact information. Payment, hosting, email delivery, and AI providers process information needed for their part of the service.

We do not sell submitted writing content. We may disclose information to meet legal obligations or protect the service and its users.

Security and changes

Access to tasks is restricted to the account that created them. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Use Contact & support for questions about this policy.
